Bulletproof Me

I'm all about optimizing performance.

How can I be more productive in my week such that I can do the average worker's 70 hours in 40 hours (thus creating a greater life-work balance, allowing more time for nurturing activities)?

Almost a year ago, I overhauled the most important facet of my morning regimen, introducing Bulletproof Coffee and removing my tired, grainy protein shake.

There are many perks to Bulletproof Coffee. I advocate giving it a shot for a few weeks and listening to how your body reacts (start light on the MCT oil and build up to more, trust me).

Personally, I experience enhanced digestion, no thought of food until lunch and most importantly, razor-sharp clarity, all the while reaping the benefits of "fasting."


  • 2 cups of hot coffee brewed with low-toxin beans

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil

  • 2 tbsp of unsalted Kerrygold grass-fed butter


  • Brew coffee

  • Blend MCT oil, butter, and coffee together

  • Enjoy passionately

Literally and figuratively, stay thirsty.
