Learning from Millennials

I often hear hiring managers speak in relative disgust about the issues with millennials in the workforce - lazy, entitled, job hoppers with no loyalty, no appreciation for delayed gratification.

Even as an early-years millennial myself, I clearly recognize the differences in new graduates in the workforce today vs. 10 years ago when I graduated. It's not all bad though.

For all those managers resisting the changing tide in the workforce, know that by 2025 (for those doing the math, only 7 years away), 75% of the workforce will be millennial. Ric Flair once said, "whether you like it or you don't like it, learn to love it!"

What are your experiences with millennials in the workplace?
